Telehealth Counseling

We are available to do telehealth using a HIPAA compliant platform in a private and secure setting.

Telehealth will be primarily used for follow-up appointments as discussed with your therapist, and not initial appointments unless previously arranged. Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be sent instructions through a secure portal.

Insurance coverage can vary by plan and we ask that you contact your insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment to determine if telehealth is indeed a covered benefit.

Medication

The medication provider does not routinely prescribe benzodiazepines and will not prescribe them for long term use.  Should you report that you are currently prescribed a benzodiazepine, we will work to decrease your dose with the goal of stopping this medication.
