We accept Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We are both currently in network with commercial Anthem, Inc. plans and Kelly is also in network with United Healthcare. For other clients, we will be happy to provide you with a receipt that you may use to submit for insurance reimbursement if desired.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, coverage for psychotherapy (including telehealth) varies. Please know your deductible conditions on your policy, including coverage for out of network providers.
Your time with us is valued and prioritized, therefore if you need to cancel, please do within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You may be charged $50 for a late cancellation/missed appointment.
